Shipping labels
Shipping Labels is an archive of the labels your marketplaces generated, pooled across every shop in the organization. Search a tracking number, download the PDF, reprint one you already used, or pull every unprinted label as a single merged file.
Open it at Orders → Shipping Labels. Unlike the rest of Orders it is org-scoped, not shop-scoped: every connected shop's labels are in the same list, and a platform filter narrows it.
Label capture is off until an owner turns it on
Archiving a shipping label means storing a PDF that carries a buyer's name, address and phone number. DataGlass therefore does not capture labels for an organization until someone deliberately switches it on.
| Setting | Shipping label capture on the organization |
| Default | Off |
| Who can change it | Organization owners only — everyone else sees the state read-only |
| Where | The banner on this page, or Settings → General |
While capture is off, nothing new is archived and the page shows Turn on shipping label capture in place of the table. If the organization had capture on before and turned it off, the labels already archived stay listed and downloadable behind a quiet banner — turning it off stops collection, it does not delete history.
Manual Sync labels is also a no-op while the setting is off; it comes back reporting zero captured.
The six shipping-label views
The view selector is a state filter over the archive, not a different data set.
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| Ready to print | Labels the marketplace has produced that you have never downloaded. The default — this is the print queue. |
| Downloaded | Ready labels you have already pulled at least once. |
| Waiting | The marketplace has not produced the file yet. |
| Failed | The capture attempt failed. |
| Not printable | The marketplace will not hand over a printable document for this shipment. |
| All labels | Every row, whatever its state. |
How to print your labels
- Leave the view on Ready to print.
- Optionally narrow by platform, or search by order number, package ID or tracking number.
- Click Download on a row to save that one label. A row you have downloaded before shows Redownload instead, and the row records how many times it has been pulled.
- Or click Print all undownloaded to get every ready-and-unprinted label in the current platform filter as one merged PDF — up to 500 at a time.
- Anything included in a bulk print is marked downloaded, so it leaves the queue and lands in Downloaded.
Capturing labels
Labels are captured on a schedule. Sync labels runs a capture for one shop immediately, out of band from that schedule — useful right after a batch of orders moves to ready-to-ship. Pick the shop from the dropdown; the toast reports how many labels it found.
Only Shopee and TikTok Shop shops appear in the sync menu. Lazada label archiving is not supported, so a Lazada shop contributes nothing to this page.
