Deployed and dismissed
ShopeeTikTok
Tracking deployed Actions as they run, monitoring impact, and managing dismissed or failed Actions.
Once an Action deploys, it moves to the Deployed tab where you can track its runtime performance, expected vs. actual results, and manage it (stop, rollback, or cancel). Dismissed and failed Actions are also tracked separately.
Deployed tab
The Deployed board shows all currently-running Actions and completed ones. For each:
- Runtime — current status (executing, completed, stopped, rolled back) and when the Action was deployed.
- Performance — expected profit uplift (from the original recommendation) vs. realized uplift (what actually happened). If realized > expected, the Action outperformed.
- Actions — while executing or completed, you can:
- Stop — pause and revert to pre-deploy state (only while executing).
- Rollback — revert a completed Action back to what it was before deploy.
Failed tab
If a deploy hits an error (network timeout, API rejection, insufficient inventory, etc.), the Action moves to the Failed tab with the captured error reason. From there you can try deploying again or dismiss it.
Dismissed Actions
Dismissed Actions are archived, not deleted. Open the Dismissed tab, select the Action, and click Restore — it moves back to proposed for another review.
Performance data updates as the Action runs. The first few hours may show "not enough data"; after 24–48 hours, the realized uplift snapshot stabilizes.
