Shop health
Shop health scans one shop and surfaces the things costing you money right now, ranked by impact. Each diagnostic opens into the exact products or campaigns behind it, with a recommended fix.
Open it from My shop → Health.
The diagnostics
| Diagnostic | What it flags |
|---|---|
| Products losing money | Products selling for less than they cost you — every order is a loss |
| Products without a cost | No COGS set, so margin and profit are estimated rather than measured |
| Ad campaigns losing money | Active campaigns spending more than the true profit they bring in |
| Products earning too little to carry their ad spend | The product converts, but not enough to pay for the traffic |
| Campaigns at the wrong spend level | Running above or below where profit is maximised |
| Fees don't match Shopee | Orders where Shopee's charged fees and our calculated fees disagree |
Each card shows a count and the estimated impact in baht. Selecting one opens the affected products or campaigns with their price, cost, and margin, so you can act without leaving the page.
Reading the fee mismatch card
A mismatch doesn't automatically mean Shopee charged you incorrectly. It usually means a fee rule changed, a promotion applied that we haven't modelled for that order, or a cost input is stale. Treat it as a prompt to check Reconciliation rather than as a billing dispute.
What isn't here yet
A single tracked health score over time is not shipped. Today the page is a point-in-time list of diagnostics, not a trend.
Shopee only for now. Lazada and TikTok Shop have no health page.
