This shop vs Unified view

ShopeeLazadaTikTok
When to work inside one marketplace, and when to manage the same product across all your shops at once.

This shop scopes everything — products, costs, and the profit overview — to a single marketplace shop. Unified view folds the same product, when you sell it on more than one of your shops, into a single canonical record so you manage it once instead of platform by platform.

When to use each

  • This shop — work inside one marketplace: review its products, set their costs, and read that shop's profit overview.
  • Unified view — manage your catalog as a whole: edit a product's COGS or stock on one record instead of re-entering it in each Seller Center, and read profit, cost, and margin rolled up across all your shops.

How it works

Products are matched across your shops by SKU and product name. A match becomes one canonical record, with each platform's listing nested underneath — so you see one row per product, not the same item three times. From there you can:

  • Edit COGS and stock on the canonical record instead of in each Seller Center.
  • See each platform's listing — its price and stock — under the same product.
  • Read combined profit, cost, and margin across all shops with the overview dashboard's Unified scope.

Switch between This shop and Unified with the scope toggle on the overview dashboard.
