Creating a group

ShopeeTikTok
Build a group from products you want to advertise, or from campaigns you already run.

Click New group and pick one of two sources. Either launch fresh campaigns from products in your catalogue, or pull campaigns you already run into a shared budget decision.

How to use it

  1. Choose Create product ads to launch new campaigns, or Use existing ads to group campaigns you already run.
  2. Select your members.
  3. Name the group, add an optional description, and set its spending limits — Group Monthly Budget, Group Daily Budget, or neither.
  4. Create group.

The group becomes active immediately, and new product campaigns are created on the platform as part of that save. There is no draft step to approve.

Leaving both budget fields empty is a real choice, not an omission: the model then sizes each day from its own forecast. See Budget and limits.

Creating product ads

Search the catalogue and Add a product from the row it sits in. Each row shows its units sold over 180 days, its margin, and how many ads already point at it — an advertised product stays eligible, but the count is there before you add another campaign for it. Added products move to a table above the picker.

A product can appear only once in the same group.

Shopee

Each product becomes one Shopee campaign on auto bidding, launched at ฿100 — Shopee's minimum daily budget — so a first day can never overspend. Your group limits have to cover the launch: ฿100 × products selected. You can set a target ROAS per product before creating.

After the batch finishes you get a results panel:

ResultMeaning
Created and fundedThe campaign exists on Shopee, joined the group, and the allocation gave it budget
Created, not fundedCreated, but the joint allocation gave it less than ฿100 today, so it starts paused
Not createdShopee refused it. No budget is reserved
Needs reconciliationShopee's answer never arrived. DataGlass checks before trying again — it will not create a duplicate

The panel also shows what the group did with the money: Group Daily Budget (or Model-set), how much was left unallocated, and any uncertain reserve held back for campaigns whose creation is not yet confirmed.

TikTok Shop

Each product becomes one GMV Max campaign. You set one daily budget per campaign and one target ROAS per campaign for the batch, and the dialog tells you the total the group cap has to cover. TikTok requires a target on every GMV Max campaign; tune them per campaign afterwards.

Using existing ads

Add the campaigns you want from the picker. Every row states what you need to judge it by — its status on the platform, its ad type, its ads spend, its ROAS, and its own daily budget. Added campaigns move to a table above the picker, so what the group will hold is always on screen.

A campaign already in another group names that group in its row. Adding it moves it here in the same save — one campaign is only ever in one group.

A TikTok group covers one advertiser. If you select campaigns from two ad accounts the dialog asks you to deselect one set. A shop with no TikTok ad account connected cannot create a group at all.

Creating a single campaign later

You do not have to create a group to launch a campaign. From an existing group's Campaigns tab, New campaign launches campaigns that do not exist yet, one per product, at the launch budget you set — and they join the allocation from the group's next run. See Managing campaigns.

A group holds at most 100 campaigns, and an active group must keep at least one.
