Steady, Learn or Grow — whether DataGlass tests budgets between campaigns, and whether it may spend past the day's budget on good days.

Growth decides whether DataGlass may test, or go past the plan. It sits in the Budget box under Mode, as three cards.

CardWhat it doesCan it go over the day's budget?
SteadySticks to the model's plan. No testingNo
Learn (default)Shifts up to ±10% between campaigns to learn what works. The group total stays the sameNo
GrowLearn, plus tries bigger budgets on days it spots upsideYes — up to 30% more. Group Monthly Budget is never exceeded

The bar under the cards shows what the group can spend tomorrow with the card you picked: the ordinary day in solid, Growth's extra room striped.

The day's budget is the lower of Group Daily Budget and the month's paced day. With neither set, it is the model's own plan for the day.

How to use it

Why this matters

  • A model that only sees one spend level cannot learn what another would earn. Learn's small shifts are what fix the More varied data needed status in Model training.
  • Grow is for groups where more spend could pay. Leave it off where the budget is committed.
